No you donŠt need help (although you might want it regardless). You are in a big ******* battleship fighting a cruisers and a few frigs. DonŠt get me wrong I do it sometimes and I can tell you you shouldnŠt have no problems but if you do then maybe you should not be using a battleship for it.
But not to be a total jerk (which I can be at times) then tank it reasonably, go for speed to as you are not supposed to be killed by few frigs and cruisers and you should have no problems so you might as well be quick about killing them and think about packing medium guns or at least guns that track well.

tracking computer and webs should work and guns with high tracking. Personally I tried using 350mm rails with tracking computer (or tracking enhancer the medslot ones) and then I tried blasters with webs and tracking computers but the were far more useless than the 350mm rails. I ended up with putting 6 250mm med rails and 2 cruise launchers and then used 3 t2 damage mods to up the damage on them a bit and that worked out best.
IŠve never flown a arma but doesnŠt it have a drone bay. Usually the close range one are small (and untouchable orbittin your big guns at close range) and fragile so drones should rip them apart.
